Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SitePoly, you agree to these Terms of Service. SitePoly provides AI-assisted website generation, hosting, visual editing, and static site export tools.

2. Website Ownership & Commercial License

When you build a website with SitePoly or purchase the 'Own Your Website' standalone export ($49 one-time), you receive 100% ownership of the generated static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optimized media assets. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to host, modify, and distribute your exported website anywhere without ongoing builder fees.

3. Subscription & Billing

Starter ($17/month) and Business ($29/month) plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the dashboard. Your website will remain published and active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SitePoly to generate illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or malicious content, phishing pages, or malware.
