Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time with a single click. Upon cancellation, no further renewal charges will occur, and your services remain active through the end of the paid billing cycle.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you purchase a Credit Pack or the 'Own Your Website' export license and experience a verified technical defect that our engineering team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@sitepoly.com with your account email and invoice ID. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
